I agree with you that these adds and claims are hoaxes, but I would have to disagree with your assertion that most people fall for these. Of course, some people are buying the products, but I think that there is enough research out there and resources for people to find information about healthy eating habits and exercise routines through the internet and other media that people are not quite as prone to falling for the hoaxes they see on television.
