Although this wasn't my favorite invention on the list, this is an awesome idea. I actually would say that this may be the most useful idea from the 10. There are way too many places around the world where lighting isn't available due to a lack of electricity, and today's world that is just crazy. The gravity light takes a concept of just putting a heavy weight on one end to create light, which doesn't seem to complex but the idea and science behind it is simply genius. Although 30 minutes isn't too much time, 30 minutes of light is a substantial amount for families who have no access to it normally. I even think about how useful this invention would be in a situation of a power outage. It would give you 30 minutes to prepare yourself for the rest of the outage.
